Zer maintains a version of Puppy for virtual machines called VirtuePup.
It is not very different from the main Puppy right now, other than the fact that it is a pre-configured VM but it will be tweaked to run better in a VM whenever possible. He (me) is putting the finishing touches on the first version and plans to have a download late Sunday or early Monday.
