How to Burn an ISO from Windows
Burncdcc is small ... about 50k to download
doesn't need installing ... just unzip and run
To uninstall, just delete
Burncdcc only burns cd's, so you can't burn a data cd by mistake
When you burn the cd, it can test your cd for burn errors
It does close the CD-R, so you can't burn more files on the cd later. If you want to be able to burn more sessions, you may want to use Nero.
DOWNLOAD Burncdcc∞
Unzip Burncdcc and click the program to run
Click the Browse button to find and select the iso file you want to burn
Always check the Read Verify box, so it will check for burn errors
The instructions say not to check the Fix Close box unless you have problems
I like to burn ISO's no faster than 16x, but it depends a lot on what burner you have and what discs you are using
Click the start button to burn your cd
Note: Some users have reported that Puppy should be burnt no faster than x2 to be absolutely sure of a reliable burn
If you already have a version of Puppy created in Windows or have purchased a CD you can burn Puppy CDs using Puppy.
